Biography


Esther Thibault is a Toronto area singer/actress with a passion for voice work. Esther has a BFA in Music Theatre from the University of Windsor. Favourite credits include roles in Canadian musicals such as Anne in "Girls in the Gang" (University Players); Mrs. Barry in "Anne of Green Gables"(Port Hope Festival Theatre); as well as other favourite roles: Ethel Merman/Elsa Maxwell in "Red Hot & Cole"- Theatre Brampton ; and Mary Tickelwell in the farce: "Anybody for Murder" (Theatre Etobicoke); and principle roles in independant films: "Eva Las Vegas" and "The Engagement".  Esther is co-founder of "Damsels in De-Stress Productions which produced Yasmine Reza's "Life x 3" 2013. Most recently Esther played the lead in a comedy "The Sad Blisters" about a woman getting ready for her 3rd wedding.

In animation, Esther has sung on cartoons such as "Sailor Moon"; "Tom & Vicky" and "Captain Fatz" and voiced an educational cartoon for the 2004 Afghanistan elections Esther regularly creates Descriptive Video narrations for the vision impaired. A regular entertainer in Senior Homes , Esther has recorded a CD of classic hymns titled, "Songs for our Father" under her maiden name, Esther Jaciuk. Her second album is Pickpockets and Loose Women . She is working on her second audiobook. The first is SIX by J.S. Veter.
